George Suleiman joined Sikkuy in July 2017 as an urban and regional planner in the Equality Policy Department. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tel Aviv University. His senior project dealt with renewing the Old City of Nazareth and reconnecting residents of all ages to its cultural and built heritage. George comes to Sikkuy with broad experience in the planning of housing, including assisted living for seniors, in the private sector and in the third sector. In addition to his work at Sikkuy, George volunteers with initiatives to assist asylum seekers and is active in the Arab-Jewish Planners Forum. He lives in Jaffa-Tel-Aviv.
