Shalom (Shuli) Dichter has served as the Co-Executive Director of Sikkuy since 1998. He is a graduate of Haifa University with majors in Middle Eastern Studies and Jewish History. His op-ed articles and essays about equality and relations between Jews and Arabs in Israel are frequently published in Israel and abroad. Shuli is a member of Kibbutz Ma'anit in central Israel.

Ali Haider, Adv. has been the Co-Executive Director of Sikkuy since 2004. He was previously the director of Sikkuy's Employment Equity and Fair Representation project. Ali holds L.L.B and L.L.M. degrees from Bar-Ilan University and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1997. He is widely recognized and extensively published as an expert in the field of affirmative action for the disadvantaged and minorities in Israel. Ali lives in the village of Ibellin in the western Galilee.

Yaser Awad has directed Sikkuy's Employment Equity and Fair Representation project since Jan 2006. He holds a B.A. in economics and statistics and an M.A. in applied statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaser is a doctoral candidate in statistics at Haifa University. He has published many comparative economic studies of Arab and Jewish communities. He resides in the village of Tamra in the Western Galilee.

Wajdi Bayadsi is the co-director of the Jewish-Arab Mayor’s Forum project. He holds a BA in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. He has worked as the CFO of the Baka el Gharbiya Municipality and for Mercantile Discount Bank. He makes his home in Baka el Gharbiya in central Israel.

Chassia Chomsky-Porat has directed the Jewish Civic Action Group project for Sikkuy since 2006. She was previously the coordinator of the "Sikkuy in Misgav" civic action group. Chassia studied classical studies and English as a foreign language at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a trained facilitator in cross-cultural dialogue and conflict resolution and practices facilitation between neighboring Jewish and Arab communities. Chassia lives in Ya'ad in the Western Galilee.

Kifah Daghash has been the coordinator of the Arab Leadership Development and Community Initiatives Project for Sikkuy since 2006. She studied Arabic language and literature and archaeology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has been a feminist and social activist since 1985 and is a graduate of the Environmental Fellows Program of the Heschel Center. Kifah was born in the village of Dir Hanna in the lower Galilee and lives in Haifa.

Dr. Joubran Joubran has been the co-director of Sikkuy's Equality Policy Department since August 2006. He completed a law degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1993 and continued his law studies in Japan, receiving his Doctor of Law degree from Kobe University in 2003. Joubran lives in Haifa.

Batya Kallus consults to Sikkuy on program evaluation and resource development. She has more than more than twenty years of progressive responsibility in the field of philanthropic and non-profit management and resource development. Batya lives in Jerusalem.

Carl Perkal has been the director of resource development of Sikkuy since 2000. He is also a television and film producer. He has served as a consultant to many non-profit organizations in Israel for fundraising and media. Carl lives in Pardesia near Netanya.

Rana Smair has been the administrator of Sikkuy's Haifa office since 2006. She is a bookkeeper and senior secretary and managed the office of the Arab NGO Ittijah-Union of Arab Community Based Organizations from 2001-4. From 1989-2000 she was the bookkeeper and head of customer relations for I.N.Soft Computers Ltd. in Haifa. Rana lives in Haifa.
